Cut & Paste pics for collage
How do I cut and paste different picks on top of each other to make collages?
What progarm will do this? The photo editing programs I have tried did not seem to have this feature. Thanks |

Sounds like your talking about layers. Photoshop would be the best program to get. Once in, you can "layer" each picture one on top of each other and then save the entire assembly.
