lol, back when i actually lived with my dad... if he had ever... ever found a dildo in my room i wouldn't have to worry about what he'd do.

i'd pretty much be bedridden and typing with my feet right about now.

My ex was visiting her moms house, where she (mom) lives with her new husband. She (ex) did some laundry, and wanted to put the clean clothes in a drawer. She opens it and finds a dildo. A strap-on dildo. A Pretty BIG strap-on dildo.

No he comes in at about 7pm and leaves around 8am in the morning. But that does mean that between 7pm and whenever he goes to sleep, I'm limited to my room for a week at least! :p Too embarrassed hehe.

I agree w/ ECW....I think...but need to clear something up. Can he get into your room? Casue if it were me, I would have just put it in a drawer in your room or something, as a way of saying "hey, you forgot this....please try NOT to forget it."

But leaving it in front of the door is puzzling....it's out in the open for all to see, unless you and your dad are the only ones living in your house, or your door is locked on a regular basis. Know what I mean?

putting in front of the door get's the rubber dong out of his bathroom and let's him spend as little time possible thinking about it further.

I think putting the dildo outside her room is a relaxed, less serious way of giving it to her. If I had a daughter, and found her dildo, I'd be pretty embarrassed. He's just trying to be non confrontational about it.

I didn't mean to say he should rummage through anything to put it away, but maybe just leave it on a dresser or nightstand, or just quickly toss it in a drawer without really looking. Hell, maybe just leave it on the bed or something.

I guess without knowing intimate details of their relationship and personalities, it's hard to accurately interpret the intention, y'know?

dont know if the post is exhausted or not but my two cents. I think he put it in front of your door to pretty much say that it is ok for you to have it. Another great thing ive found is that he didnt enter your room to put it back, either he was afraid of what else he might find (just kidding) or he really respects your privacy. My friends kid found my friends wife's dildo, he went to my friend (Dad) and asked what it was, he told his kid to ask mommy (his little joke) she told the kid that Daddy uses it at work LOL and tried to explain how he uses it as a tool for his job..he told me this story and i was dying,,,hope this makes you feel better celine.
